Coaching

Working with me tends to feel calm, spacious and gently grounding. Clients often notice that they can slow down and speak more honestly than they are used to, without feeling judged, rushed or pushed toward quick solutions. I listen carefully for what is being said beneath the words, and we follow what feels most alive and important in the moment. There is room for emotion, reflection, curiosity and uncertainty, as well as practical next steps when the time feels right. Many people experience our work as a place where they can put down the roles they usually carry, make sense of their inner world, and begin to trust their own voice and direction again.
Therapy is typically focused on diagnosis, treatment and healing of mental health conditions, trauma or psychological distress. A therapist may work extensively with the past, clinical symptoms, and the alleviation of emotional suffering. Psychosynthesis coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it is a forward-facing, growth-oriented process that supports self-understanding, integration and conscious choice. In psychosynthesis coaching we may explore past experiences, emotional patterns and inner dynamics, but always in service of the present and the future - helping you develop awareness, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.
You can think of therapy as focusing primarily on healing and recovery, while psychosynthesis coaching focuses on integration, growth and the ongoing development of the Self.
Many people come to psychosynthesis coaching when they are functioning in their lives but feel stuck, disconnected, conflicted, or aware that something deeper is calling for attention and change.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation so we can talk through where you are and what you need. No pressure. No commitment. Just a space to see if we’re a good fit.
